A $10 donation will get you a wristband. A wristband is needed to get and enjoy the food. As this is a BBQ and a Freedom Loving one at that we have a LARGE menu. Al Qaeda hates choices so we are going to give you some. And they hate pork so here we go.

** Again this year we are honored that a WHOLE HOG had been donated to us, so we have a Pig roast again, looks good --------->
** Brats are a Wisconsin standard so we have them.
** Two Words for you BACON EXPLOSION, Google it....
**Pulled Pork Sandwiches were the first to go last year so we are making more.
**Pork Pinwheels were also a big hit, so they are back also.
**Pork Chops everyones favorite comfort food.

** Anti Al-Qaeda Burgers (Italian sausage sandwich)
** We made them, you ate them, Marinated  Pork Skewers
For your more discerning palates (kids) we even have non all beef hot dogs.

Also look for side dishes like Pork and Beans, BLT salad.
